We are currently looking for Operations Support Co-Ordinator to join our Front of House team at Radisson Blu Edwardian Heathrow hotel.

Overview :

• Amazing opportunity to join Edwardian Hotels London as Operations Support Co-Ordinator at Radisson Blu Edwardian Heathrow Hotel.

• The role is to work closely with all departments in the hotel with the sole purpose of delivering bespoke service at all times.

• As Operations Support Co-Ordinator you will handle all aspects of guest journey and deliver maximum service delivery in check in and out, rooming and product.

• Assist on daily completion of all administrative tasks within the department. Maintain and display in-depth local knowledge, in order to WOW the guest and promote sales. About You :

• Minimum 6 months experience within a guest service or operations support role.

• Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service.

• Impeccable command of the English language, both written and spoken.

• Confident ability to communicate and establish rapport.
