Job Title :Claims Handler

Location :Maidstone

Salary :£25,000 - £30,000

The Company : We are working with an exciting and award-winning broker who focus on commercial insurance and are looking to bring in a number of claims handlers in to support their client and customers.

The Role : Your role will be focused on outsourced claims made by professionals around Non-Motor claims such as property, liability and more.

You will be acting both under a non delegated authority and a delegated authority and acting on behalf of a number of leading insurers.

This role will allow you to work on the full life cycle of a claim from notification of loss through to settlement where you manage your own portfolio of claims

The Required Skills : Experience with handling claims from notification through to settlement

Excellent customer service skills

Understanding of insurance claims process

Experience working to strict FCA guidelines while adhering to SLA Agreements

Experience in handling professional indemnity claims is desirable

CII qualifications are desirable but not essential
