SmartMoneyTeam is looking for an experienced Protection Sales Adviser to be part of the growth of our Protection Sales Team.

We're looking for the adviser that does it properly and wants to be rewarded for that approach.

The role :

  • We review existing cover for our 120,000 strong customer base
  • We advise customers referred by our 100+ mortgage network and finance team
  • We spend the time on a case to do it properly ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting compliance metrics.
  • Our lead source and approach mean a 95% retention rate is achievable.
  • We will pay and guide you through your R05 and any other business relevant qualifications you need.

This is not a call center environment. You will be working along side a small team of experienced protection executives in a professional and supportive environment.

OTE £50,000 - £70,000 depending on experience (This is actually what our advisers earn, not a fantasy target).

We require : Protection sales experience.

What we give you : Basic Salary of between £27,500 and £30,000 and a competitive commission structure with uncapped earning potential.
