Back Office - Office Administrator Belfast ÂŁ20,000 depending on experience! This is a Full-time permanent role of 37.5 hours per week based in Belfast. As a Back Office Administrator your main responsibilities will involve:

  • Recording of client information which can be provided from multiple sources
  • Securely tracking client data across multiple sites
  • General administrative duties to include but not limited to receiving external post, filling of client information, updating internal file work trackers.

Job Requirements As a Back Office Administrator your skills and qualifications will include:

  • You will be required to undergo and successfully gain a BPSS and Access NI security clearance check in order to undertake this position
  • Ability to demonstrate a clear attention to detail: Able to gather relevant information, updateinformation correctly and presenting information clearly and accurately
  • Ability to undertake administrative tasks in a clear and logical structure, ensuring relevant information is documented in a consistent manner.

  • All MS Office skills; excellent working knowledge of Excel
