Labour 24/7 are an employment business acting on behalf of our Blackrod based client who due to sales growth are recruiting for a office Assistant.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Taking phone calls inbound & outbound & confirmation of bookings from existing & new clients, some clients card payments are taken.

Enter bookings on to in house system dates of delivery times.

Setting up road permits with councils for clients.

Logging calls on activity system

Invoices, and proofs of deliveries.

Shift 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Job Types : Full-time, Temp to perm Contract length: 3 months

Salary : Up to £10.50 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience :

  • Customer service: 1 year (required)
  • Waste Management: 1 year (required)
