Temporary Mandarin Speaking Customer Service Administrator!

MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK AND WRITE IN MANDARIN

Are you available immediately? Have you got experience in Customer Service?

An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual, who can speak and write in Mandarin with exceptional customer service & communication skills has become available. This role will be based 100% in the office.

Duties would include but are not limited to :

  • High volume of outbound customer service calls (NO SALES)

  • Engaging with Chinese customers via the telephone

  • Checking/updating the Chinese version of the company's website

  • Ensuring everything reads correctly

  • General admin duties

  • Can speak and write in Mandarin :

  • Previous experience within a customer service role

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Excellent customer service always going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Ability to multi task and is a quick learner

  • Energetic and hardworking character who puts customers first

What This Role Can Offer :

  • Salary: £11 ph
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm

This is a temporary opportunity for around 4 months but with potential to be extended.
