Sales Support/product Specialist - Aylesbury

An ambitious, fast paced and growing company based in Aylesbury who pride themselves on delivering top-quality service are currently recruiting for a permanent Product Specialist.

This is a full time permanent position.

Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

Role and Responsibilities Immediate :

• Learn the functionalities of Sage for Education Software
• Work with the support team and assist with incoming support calls
• Work with the Implementation team and assist with training and consultancy

Working towards :

• Sage software support to our Customers via phone and teamviewer
• Create and deliver standard and bespoke training at the correct level and pace for users
• Project Manage implementation of Sage for Education software from sale to go-live.Includes tasks such as layouts, data imports, training etc
• Provide product support to the Technical Team
• Managing the customer expectations and delivery of the software
• Provide onsite and online software demonstrations
• Project Manage implementation of Sage for Education software from sale to go-live.Includes tasks such as layouts, data imports, training etc.
• Be aware of Academy legislation, the reporting that is required and their structures while having an empathetic approach to dealing with the people working within them.

Skills and abilities :

• Broad knowledge of Sage for Education
• Knowledge of standard Accounting practices
• Confidently present our products to our audience
• Ability to translate complex business requirements down to the essential technical requirements
• The requirement to learn other skills to support colleagues and respond to the changing nature of the business
