Be part of our journey to revolutionize the B2B landscape and shape the future of professional networking and knowledge exchange.   WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Elite Exhibitions are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Experience Assistant/Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing outstanding customer service, efficiently resolving enquiries, and continuously enhancing the customer journey. In this role, you will work closely with the Customer Experience Manager, Operations, Marketing, and Audience Engagement teams to ensure our customers' needs are met promptly and effectively. You will support our entire portfolio of events and products including Cruise Ship Interiors Design Expo Americas, Cruise Ship Interiors Design Expo Europe, CSI+ Membership Platform, Sustainable Design Summit, and Hotel & Resort Design South. This position is perfect for someone organised and outgoing looking for a career in an environment that encourages a flexible and innovative approach to event organising.   THE ROLE: Assist customers via phone, email, online chat, or in person  Arrange and carry out onboarding calls welcoming our customers and guiding them on how to make the most of their participation in our events/products  Assist with the organisation of events both online and in-person  Promote our customers via social media  Work with the marketing team to populate customer newsletters promoting new products and offerings Maintaining customer records, including contact information Drafting and sending customer communications, such as emails, updates and surveys Work with the Customer Experience Manager to report essential customer insights and trends to the wider team  Provide support to the operations team where needed ABOUT YOU:  Must be able to read/write/speak English fluently Previous customer service or administrative experience Strong communication skills, both written and verbal  Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset  Detail-oriented with strong organisational abilities  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Nice to have:  Experience using customer service software and CRM systems, ideally HubSpot  Experience working in large-scale events & exhibitions either B2B or B2C Experience using LinkedIn and social media We do not offer sponsorship for this role CloserStill Media reserves the right to request a DBS or credit check should the role require it.
