Salary £35,000 - £45,000 Benefits Include: On-site /Parking29 days holiday entitlement per annumPension schemeHealth Care Death in ServiceYour new role Asmercial Accountant you will report directly to the Financial Controller will be responsible for weekly financial reporting including cost management and profitability analysis.This included responsibility for the following:Financial reporting, providing quality financial analysis and insightfulmentary Production of weekly management accounts and weekly forecastsSupportmercial teams to manage pricing structures for all customersProvide margin and profitability analysis formercial teamsSpecific responsibility for inventory cost management through performance of factory floor product costings including collection and analysis of dry out and boning yieldsSupport preparation of monthly management accounts and annual budgetsSupport management team with daily operational queriesDevelopment of planning tool to be used in productionWhat you'll need to succeed Ideally you will have a professional accountancy qualification (ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA) or QBE with strongmercial and financial acumen and experience in product costings including build of materials set up and excellent Excel skills.Experience in using ERP systems, including development or implementation, is beneficial along with previous experience within manufacturing
