Setting the standards of care to be delivered in the home. Ensuring that every individual within the home has a personalised and meaningful experience of life. Participating in nursing procedures to assist our nursing staff - we will provide additional training for senior carer competencies such as medication management, wound care, clinical observations and many more. Maintaining the dignity and privacy of residents and respecting their individual needs Requirements for the Senior carer role: We are looking for experienced Senior Care Assistants or motivated and enthusiastic individuals with strong experience in care ready to take the next step into a senior carer position. You must have medication training You will need a level 3 adult social care qualification, or a level 2 adult social care qualification with care experience and a willingness to complete the level 3 course. Hours: 1 x 24 hour position 1 x 36 hour position PAY: As an employee (Age 21 years +) you will earn · Basic pay of £13.00 · 10% additional pay at weekends · 50% extra pay on Bank holidays.
