Do you have contact centre experience, enjoy interacting with others and delivering great customer service? Are you looking for a role that offers remote flexible working?

Package :£20,000 salary with excellent benefits including 23 holiday days (plus your birthday off), a health care cash plan and pet insurance discounts.

Hours and Rota :Full Time & Part Time hours available, no weekends required.

Full Time : 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday between the hours of 9am - 5pm.

Part Time : Minimum of 22.5 hours per week across Monday - Wednesday, between the hours of 9am - 5pm. Must also be available for Full Time training during the 4 week induction and training programme.

Start Date : 22nd August

Our Amesbury office has recently re-opened so there will be the opportunity to work from home, be office based, or split your time between home and office.

What we look for in you as a Customer Service Agent

  • As you’ll be working to KPI’s, experience working within a targeted contact centre would be an advantage
  • Our customer experience is at the forefront of everything we do, so you'll be passionate about delivering top customer service. Often, you’ll be supporting our customers when their pet is injured or unwell, empathy and professionalism are required as is a high level of resilience
  • Within this busy role you’ll need to be organised, motivated, resourceful with good attention to detail and the ability to work at pace
  • We have several different teams that support our customers and business and are keen to see our employees progress so an appetite to learn and develop is important to us
  • Able to easily work from home with a quiet space and good internet connection

What you'll get up to as a Customer Service Agent

To give you an idea what to expect, you'll be:

  • Taking inbound calls from our existing customers providing friendly first line assistance with routine enquiries such as how to claim, policy cover, changes to customer details and payment queries.
  • Working within a busy and at times challenging role so you'll take multitasking and working independently in your stride
  • Taking part in an in-depth induction and training programme to ensure you’re a technical expert when it comes to answering customer queries
