We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Senior Manager, Sales (Working Capital Specialist) . The base location of this role is London operating a Hybrid working model. HSBC is the largest trade and receivable finance organisation in the world, offering a comprehensive range of forward-thinking open account supply chain and traditional trade solutions. The bank has been recognised by the industry's most prominent publications and associations for its strength in combining innovation and service excellence with end-to-end customer solutions. HSBC GTS serves as a core service provider for Commercial (CMB) customers. In this role, you will: • Maintaining and enhancing existing relationships / revenue streams and develop new revenue streams / originate new deals by identifying and selling GTS solutions to a defined portfolio of clients thus maximizing commercial profitability and relationship depth. • Ensuring a high quality customer experience. • Working very closely with GTS and CMB stakeholders. • Managing risk on your portfolio from credit and financial crime. • Supporting plans and strategies to generate new business for both new to bank and existing HSBC customers. • Developing and maintaining a robust self-generation strategy from developing and executing New to Bank opportunities. Requirements To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: • Previous experience in a client facing role and building meaningful relationships. • Previous experience in a relevant role within Corporate Banking, i.e Business Development Manager, Relationship Manager. • Ability to interact with business customers at a senior and strategic level. • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Detailed knowledge of Financial Crime Risk and Credit Risk including techniques to mitigate risk. • Proven ability to deliver creative and flexible customer solutions.
