Description Kenton Black is looking for an experienced Gas Engineer to carry out various service and maintenance tasks in social housing properties around Shrewsbury and surrounding areas. We are looking for a candidate looking to further their career in the long run.This is a permanent position offering £36,000 - £38,000 plus bonuses. The successful candidate will be provided with a company vehicle, fuel card, uniform/PPE and various other company benefits. You will also have access to various development and progression routes.The successful Gas Engineer will be expected to:•Carry out heating maintenance works•Carry out servicing on domestic gas appliances•Carry out various breakdown repair works•Produce any certification requiredThe benefits to the successful Gas Engineer:•£36,000 - £38,000•Out of hours rota paid at time and a half + standby charges•Company vehicle and fuel card supplied•Overtime opportunities•Increasing annual leave days with time servedWe are interested in speaking to Gas Engineers who hold:•Full domestic ACS – CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1, MET1 •Relevant service and maintenance experience •Good knowledge of various gas appliances•Social Housing experience•Full UK driving licenseIf you are interested in this position or would like to know more about any other roles we have available, please contact David.french @ Kenton black. com with your CV and phone number.
