ADMINISTRATOR ABERDEEN 24-26K Closing Date for Applications: Sunday 27th February My client is one of Aberdeen's leading commercial printers with a UK wide client base. Working as part of a small office-based team, I am now seeking to find a new member for the fast paced administrative/estimating team. It would be advantageous if you have a Print background but not essential. The role will include:

  • Great customer service skills, used to answering a busy phone line and managing customer expectation Account Manage customers from job taking to delivery - ideally an internal sales background would be beneficial Writing quotes, using a specific print system (you will be trained on this) Supporting the estimators with administration - ideal that you have some experience of creating estimates Processing incoming purchase orders Additional Administration skills as required The hours of work at 8-5pm, Monday to Friday but can be flexible.
