Position Overview The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and innovative Music lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, fostering a love of music and nurturing students' musical talents. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver inspiring Music lessons in line with the national curriculum and school's educational philosophy. Employ a range of teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development. Contribute to the development and enhancement of the Music curriculum. Participate in extracurricular music activities, such as ensembles, concerts, and productions. Qualifications and Experience Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification in Music. Proven experience teaching Music at the secondary level. A strong understanding of the national curriculum for Music. Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for sharing musical knowledge and skills.
