Job Description : Job Description : We are recruiting for a Sleeping Nights Carer to join our team based in Stockport. Our flexible working patterns allow our CAREGivers to choose the hours that best suit their routine

The Sleeping Nights Carer will provide a variety of non-medical services to support our Clients to remain independent in their own home. The Sleeping Nights Carer will help clients and their families meet the challenges of aging with dignity, pride, care and compassion.

The Sleeping Nights Carer will also promote Home Instead as an employer of choice in the local community.

Responsibilities as our Sleeping Nights Carer:

  • Contributing to a positive living environment to enhance a client’s quality of life
  • Documenting daily activities and report any significant changes in a client’s needs or living conditions
  • Maintaining regular communication with line manager and office staff
  • Participating in company sponsored training and social events including CAREGiver meetings
  • Completing tasks for and with the client to include activities such as personal care, housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and most importantly, companionship

Qualifications : Experience and qualifications required as our Sleeping Nights Carer:

All roles are for drivers with full license and access to their own vehicle

  • You do not need any experience or formal qualifications to become a CAREGiver
  • Excellent communication skills
  • your own life experiences and transferable skills alongside reliability, trustworthiness and respect for others will allow you to build professional friendships
