Legal Secretary - Private Client Department

We are seeking to expand the administration team in our private client department.

We are a growing and dynamic 6 office firm based in the South Durham area. We are currently in the process of modernising our firm onto a fully electronic case management system to commence in March and this will include our private client department.

The successful applicant will be required to have the following skills and to undertake the following: Roles & Responsibilities

  • Audio typing
  • Dealing with clients face to face and over the telephone, organising diaries, preparing legal documents. Liaising with third parties.
  • Work on our fully electronic case management system (training to be provided)

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent typing skills
  • Knowledge or experience within private client work to a confident level
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Able to meet strict timescale deadlines and prioritise a busy workload

Salary - Competitive

Holidays - 25 days plus an additional day for the applicant’s birthday, bank holidays and no requirement to hold back holiday days when the office is closed over the Christmas period.
