Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver innovative lesson plans that align with the national curriculum and ignite students' passion for drama. Assess student progress through a variety of formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support their artistic development. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Drama, Theatre, or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification. Demonstrated experience teaching Drama at the secondary level. A strong understanding of theatrical techniques, performance practices, and stagecraft. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
