ADHD Specialist Clinician | Hybrid Working Berkshire We are delighted to be working in partnership with a privately run clinic in Berkshire who are committed to patient excellence delivering both diagnoses and treatment to adults, children and young people with ADHD.
Due to an expansion within the team, we are looking for a Non-medical Nurse prescriber with experience of working within CAMHS who will be responsible for conducting assessments and formulating and monitoring treatment plans within this wonderful multidisciplinary team.
You will possess a strong understanding of evidence-based practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in both a face to face and remote setting.

Job Overview: Evaluation for ADHD, considering potential co-occurring conditions to inform diagnostic decisions.
Apply clinical judgment and experience to make treatment decisions, utilising advanced skills and knowledge in managing ADHD.
Exercise independent professional responsibility for diagnostic decision-making.
Practice as a medical or non-medical prescriber to develop and implement treatment and plans, ensuring physical observations are obtained and reviewed.
Support patients throughout their treatment journey, conducting regular follow ups until they have reached stability and optimisation.
Perform patient risk assessments and review safeguarding needs in conjunction with treatment strategies during the patient journey.
To be successful: Current UK registration and PIN with the NMC is essential.
Qualified Non-medical Prescriber (NMP) with current registration is essential.
Prior experience as a Specialist ADHD Nurse is required.
Understanding of the pharmaceutical treatment options for ADHD.
Excellent communication skills.
IT savvy, in order to provide remote appointments with virtual assessments.
