Internal Sales Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join their close-knit team as an Internal Sales Administrator .

A successful Sales Administrator will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing leads with new customers.

You will have sales office management experience to support the internal sales team with processing of orders and to help ensure sales targets are met.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with existing customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
• Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
• Researching and qualifying new leads
• Logging and monitoring supplier claims and credits
• Customer Invoicing
• Assisting with sales data for auditing
• General office administration including filing and keeping supplier and customer records updated
• Call outs for seasonal promotions, clearance offers
• Able to comply with Health & Safety and Security requirements as set out in Company Regulations.

Skills required

• Good general standard of education
• Excellent Organisation Skills and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Exceptional Customer service skills
• Strong listening and sales skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems particularly word and excel.
• Ability to learn and adapt well to in-house systems
• Keen eye for detail and accuracy and pride in your work
• Previous experience in a related sales position.

Salary up to 25,000 DOE
