JOB SUMMARY :

  • Full Time, Permanent- Hybrid- Henley-On-Thames, Oxfordshire- Salary: £30000 - £32000 per annum + £3600 tax free bonus- REF: 4789We are recruiting for a fantastic position, working for a dynamic and fast growing Training and Consulting firm based in Henley on Thames.

The Senior Events and Operations Executive will be responsible for supporting the delivery of workshops and consultancy projects across the globe whilst also being the first port of call for the Operations Executives within the business whilst supporting the Operations Manager with a variety of tasks.

Our client is offering a basic salary of £30k - £32k plus a £3600 tax free bonus every December (plus potential company bonus of up to 5%) and excellent benefits.

Monday to Thurs - office based. Friday - working from home. 9am - 5pm.

Responsibilities

  • Providing workshop and support for clients, tasks to include:

  • Pre-communication with delegates - communicating the workshop logistics and admin with the client, and arranging travel and accommodation for the facilitators.

  • Ensuring all links and communications are set up and distributed for Virtual workshops

  • Managing the workshop content and arranging all workshop printing

  • Checking/Packing all workshop materials into box and arranging delivery/collection to/from lead Consultant for face to face workshops

  • Complete post workshop tasks including client feedback

  • Training new members of the Operations Team

  • Being the first point of call for the Operations Executives for all queries

  • Supporting the Operations Manager where needed

  • To work with the Operations Director to assist in moving us forward on our digital journey

Skills/Experience

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Commercial Operational experience within the FMCG environment preferred
