They also have hybrid options available.Job DescriptionThe main duties of the role will include:-Working with large teams to help support with new starters and training needs.Bringing out the best in staff members by provided ongoing support and advice.Conduct 'end-to-end' file assessments to ensure we are focused on the entire customer journey.Conduct feedback meetings with front line colleagues in liaison with the relevant team manager.Liaise with team managers in recommending appropriate bespoke coaching on call handling/ file quality.Utilise the appropriate resource to ensure individuals receive the relevant training or additional assistance to meet the business needs.This role is Monday - Friday and in office with the hours being 9am - 5pm.The Successful ApplicantTeam player Attention to detail Exceptional communication skills Self-motivatedWhat's on OfferExcellent staff beneifts Supportive working culture Full training provided
