We are a rapidly growing Pizzeria based in Roots in Upminster, Essex. and we are looking for driven and experienced floor staff who are passionate about the hospitality industry and progressing their career. The atmosphere at Wholeslice is fast-paced and vibrant, with strong emphasis on quality service. As a Wholeslice floor staff member, you will be quick on your feet, confident in delivering our steps of service and never mind getting your hands dirty! You will also be incharge of organising delivery partner drivers and taking phone orders as well as taking orders from guests at their table.
To be eligible for this position, you will need to have 1 year of experience working in a restaurant (or similar) customer-focused environment and have a clear understanding of what it takes to deliver 5 star customer service.
Role Responsibilities : Provide a memorable experience for any and every customer that visits
Maintain a positive and friendly approach to colleagues and customers
Possess full understanding of our Steps of Service
Deliver exemplary service in line with our Steps of Service procedures
Adhere to company values and rules of professional conduct
Wear full and correct uniform always
Undertake regular training programs
Work to support a busy team and contribute to team-driven results
Salary : £9.50-£10.50 per hour
