We're looking for a General Manager for community pub in Rugeley. We put our people first, which is why we offer real benefits including: Additional earnings potential through bonus and incentive schemes Access to a pension plan On-site accommodation Private healthcare Award winning training and development About the pub The Stag's Leap is a newly refurbished community food pub located in the heart of Rugeley with great links to Rugeley town centre & Cannock Chase. Delighting guests with our popular community food menu, this fantastic pub also boasts a pizza kitchen, L shaped bar area with pool table & dart board, external children's play area for our young guests and an ice cream cabinet. The Stag's Leap has a strong wet trade and currently trades at an average of £22,000 per week in net sales, with a sales mix of 55/45 in favour of drink sales. We are looking for an experienced operator with a track record of sales driving within a branded community pub environment. There is real scope to drive sales in this business through promoting BT sports, music events & additional reasons to visit.   Live In available - 3 bedroomed accommodation above the pub.   Have you got what it takes?
