What your role is

We are looking for a passionate Demand Planner to manage Distributor Markets in Northern Europe, based out of the UK.

Key responsibilities :

  • Create an accurate and agreed demand forecast (rolling plan for 0-24 periods) for our brands sold in Europe
  • Close co-operation with Supply, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service & Finance
  • Lead Demand Reviews and Demand Validation Meetings as part of our S&OP process, participate in Market Business Reviews
  • Challenge Sales & Marketing plans & assumptions in order to enable excellence in execution, identify risks & opportunities within the Demand Plan and help business management decision making
  • Manage day-to-day demand activities to maximize the efficiency, reliability, and cost effectiveness of the supply chain.
  • Demand Control: connection with Supply Planning on Forecast variations, Forecast Consumption and Abnormal Demands.
  • Build a trust & transparency relationship with Market Managers and Distributors.
  • Analyze the Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators. Tracking, measuring and giving visibility to drive action plans with the right stakeholders to improve performance.

What you will bring to the team

Knowledge, Skills and Experience :

  • Minimum 3 years Demand Planning experience.
  • Able to demonstrate good planning and administration skills
  • Numerate and analytical, experience with Statistical Forecasting
  • High English skills Competencies / Skills Ability to develop strong and strategic customer relationship
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Experience working in a multinational company/ FMCG.
  • Ability to work in a diverse environment with many different cultures.
  • SAP, APO and BW knowledge
