Credit Control Manager

Permanent Credit Control Manager, Based in Manchester Your new company You will be working for a forward-thinking business that has doubled in size since October last year and has plans in place to do the same again over the next twelve months. Due to clever techniques and processes driven by everyone within the organisation COVIDhasn't affected their growth in the slightest hence why they are now in need of extra support within their Credit function. Your new role This is a newly created, full time office based permanent role Working hours are 8.30-5pm Monday to Friday with flexibility on start and finish times. The purpose of the job is to lead to current team but also grow the team up to potentially 6 Credit Controllersover the next two years. Your duties will include; improve processes, recruiting new talent, building your own team over time, play a key part in a system migration and be hands on with the chasing of tenant rent arrears. What you'll need to succeed To be considered you must have experience within residential property and Credit Control. Previous experience leading / supervising a team is also an essential. This would be ideal for a Senior Credit Controller / Team Leader who is looking to make the nextstep up to Managerial level.
