OTE £27,404.00 - £35,000.00 per year Guaranteed basic starting salary £27,404.00 per annum. The role requires operating to high quality workmanship standards within a world class manufacturing team and facility. Responsibilities and Duties Required to work within a dedicated team responsible for the operation of machinery use in the manufacture of steel components. This machinery will include sawing, pressing and conventional machining. Support to the fabrication/welding team as required. Working Hours & Salary: Hoyland-  Hours will be: Days- 07:30-16:30 Monday- Thursday & 07:30-13:30 Friday (with regular structure overtime) Double Days - 06:00-14:00 or 14:00-22:00 Monday- Thursday 06:00-11:30 or 11:30-17:00 Friday 1 week rotating shifts Nights - 20:00- 06:00 Monday - Thursday (with regular structured overtime). Guaranteed basic starting salary £12.05 x 40 hours per week plus guaranteed minimum £45 per week bonus - £27,404.00 plus structured overtime paid at premium rates outlined below: Level A - Overtime paid at premium rate of £18.08 per hour (i.e. x 1.5). Level B - Overtime paid at premium rate of £24.10 per hour (i.e. x 2.0). Double days shift premium x 1.15 Night Shift premium x 1.33 Monthly bonus aligned to business performance that equates to total bonus payments of £280 - £350 per month on average (for reference only).
