Are you an experienced Marketing Manager with a passion for driving growth and managing diverse projects?
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Marketing Manager for our recruitment agency, specializing in temporary worker placements, while also overseeing the marketing efforts for the grand opening of our new gym.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to attract clients and candidates for our recruitment agencys temporary worker placements.Drive brand awareness and engagement through various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and events.Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content, advertisements, and promotional materials.Manage budgets, Analise performance metrics, and optimize marketing campaigns for maximum ROI.Lead the marketing initiatives for the launch of our new gym, including developing launch campaigns, organizing events, and driving membership sign-ups. Requirements: Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably within the recruitment and fitness industry.Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Results-driven mindset with a track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns.
