PLEASE NOTE: This position is 5 days on-site in Sale, Manchester. If you are not based within a commutable distance to Sale and you are not able to be on-site 5 days a week, you will not be considered for the role.


I am currently partnered with an innovative and high performing business in Sale who are looking for a Marketing Manager to join the team. The role will focus on planning the promotional materials for the brand and overseeing all of the marketing activities - working on the strategy planning and execution.


The successful candidate will be able to analyse data and will have an analytical mindset, which will allow you to track campaign performance and make changes when needed to ensure success.


What we are looking for:

  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Communications, marketing or Business Administration
  • Minimum 3 years' commercial experience
  • Strong experience in designing, implementing and analysing multi-channel strategies
  • Previous experience using HubSpot and WooCommerce
  • Social Media Marketing - Organic (Paid is a bonus)
  • Content Marketing Strategy planning and execution
  • Google Analytics (GA4 is a bonus)
  • Customer Engagement


Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with senior leadership to discuss both current and upcoming marketing initiatives.
  • Planning and executing promotional events like trade exhibitions, ensuring timely distribution of materials and products.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to evaluate performance and optimize campaign results.
  • Partnering with advertising teams or agencies to boost customer engagement and acquisition.
  • Developing and managing tailored content across multiple platforms.
  • Assessing and refining marketing strategies, proposing budget-conscious improvements.
  • Tracking and analysing marketing performance to enhance the efficiency of company efforts.
  • Overseeing the creation and distribution of corporate brochures and promotional materials for B2B purposes.
