The Aspire Training Team are seeking a motivated, reliable and enthusiastic individual as an apprentice to complete their Level 3 Childcare qualification with Little Creators Pre-SchoolAbout Little Creators Pre-SchoolLittle Creators are a term time only nursery, a small nursery accommodating up to 20 children from the ages of 18 months – PreschoolThey have one room and a highly experienced and qualified team who have extensive experience with children with individual needs. There is also a large outside garden area and parking with a private entranceYour roles and responsibilities will include; A key person, who will have a small number of children allocated to them – this is a setting where they cater for the individual needs of the child.To help with the children’s online learning journals, candidates must have good communication skills as they will be liaising with parents and updating them on the children’s progress.Supervising activities including mealtimes, nappy changing and toileting. Planning activities in line with the EYFS, and have a basic understanding of safeguarding. Requirements; L2 childcare qualification is requiredTo obtain a clear DBS Have an understanding of safeguarding and keeping children safe knowledgeGCSE’s A*-C/4+ in English Language and Maths, or equivalent i.e. functional skills Hours; Little Creators Preschool are open between the hours of 08:00 – 16:00 Working hours will be a minimum of 30 hours per week Benefits; Free parkingIncentives/Bonus Discount for childcare
