This position is for a 12 month fixed term contract (internally known as a secondment), full time 37.5 per week with occasional weekend working
About the role
In liaison with the Hotel Leadership Team and Team Managers you will provide specialist guidance, support, development, and delivery of marketing, publicity, business development and customer engagement initiatives for Partnership Hotels.
You will control and maintain the integrity of the Partnership Hotels’ overall and individual brand identities across all communication channels.
Creating and executing effective marketing and user engagement strategies for the Partnership Hotel proposition.
Some travel and occasional overnight stays are required.
Essential Skills
- Relevant and proven experience in the leadership of mid-scale Hotel Marketing and Hotel operations.
- A strong operator, able to manage the day-to-day aspects of campaign management.
- Experience in Web System content input.
- Able to multi-task and successfully deploy time management skills and work autonomously
Desirable Skills
- Hold a marketing-related degree or equivalent qualification (marketing, communications or digital media qualification to Level 3 or higher).
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a marketing, communications or digital media role, preferably in 3*+ hospitality setting, or high-end lifestyle brand.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
