Role Purpose:


Your role will be to support the Marketing and Communications Manager in designing, developing, and delivering a wide range of campaigns in relation to our mill and international brands. Campaigns will be rolled out across all digital platforms, direct mail and tradeshows throughout the year.


In Your role:


  • Developing engaging creative content for our social media channels.
  • Establishing social media channels for our house brands as we introduce them to the UK market and increasing followers and follower engagement.
  • Collaborating closely with our international brands to deliver their campaigns to the UK market via digital and offline channels (direct mail, mail drops, and tradeshows).
  • Creating and sending innovative email campaigns to drive brand awareness and boost sales.
  • Creating and sending innovative direct mail campaigns to new and existing customers.
  • Producing precise creative artwork for print and suppliers.
  • Assisting the Business Development Team with concept development, set-up, and attendance at tradeshows.
  • Leading creative projects, including presenting new and exciting ideas/designs to management and senior management.
  • Staying up-to-date with trends in the creative industry, marketing, and digital sectors.
  • Providing effective analysis of marketing campaigns.
  • Working as part of a small in-house team and assisting with ad hoc duties as required.


Essential:


  • Proven design experience with a strong portfolio in both digital media and print.
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
  • Ability to take campaigns from conception through to completion.
  • Bringing new ideas to the management team.
  • Creative content copywriting for social media campaigns.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Confident communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Confident, customer-focused manner with a positive attitude.


Desirable:


  • In-house design & marketing experience.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Knowledge of Video Editing.
  • Driver’s license.
