Production Assembler

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Production Assembler to come and join our production team here at The West Group!The Production Assembler will report directly to the Production Manager and/or Production Supervisors, executing daily targets and instructions. This role requires proficiency in assembly, build, and test processes, with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards and contributing to a positive workplace environment. The Production Assembler will also represent the company as an ambassador, upholding the company’s values and strategic direction.Job OpportunityJob Responsibilities:· Perform assembly tasks according to established procedures and standards.· Accurately follow and maintain assembly instructions and documentation.· Inspect and verify component parts before they enter the production process.· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area, including logs and records.· Adhere to ISO9001 and ISO13485 quality standards on the shop floor.· Ensure workspaces, including desks and returns areas, are kept clear and organized to promote safety and efficiency.· Support and assist in maintaining a clean and safe working environment.· Provide additional support to other departments or tasks as needed.Essential SkillsRequired Job Skills:· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.· Strong team player with a proactive and positive attitude.· Ability to work confidently and independently, as well as support team members.· Excellent time management and organizational skills.· Responsive and adaptable to changing priorities.
