Proficiency in Office 365 Cloud services (including Email, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive) is essential, as is hands-on experience in the maintenance and installation of network infrastructure components like routers, switches, access points, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls, and VLANs. A successful applicant will also have the ability to work collaboratively with service providers and will consistently uphold industry best practices, ensuring the highest standards of quality and security. Familiarity with Windows Server versions 2016, 2019, and 2022, along with expertise in managing group policies and security configurations, is a must. Experience with Azure administration and implementations will be considered an asset. Moreover, a well-rounded understanding of various operating systems, including Windows 10, Windows 11, and Mac, is crucial, alongside a familiarity with different client builds and imaging techniques. The ability to provide excellent customer support, coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills, will be essential for success in this role.
