Salary: Dependant on experience

Reporting to: Head of Sales Finance

The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Sales Finance Team as a Marketing Planning Manager. The team’s mission is to become the company’s watch tower supporting business growth in a stable manner by providing visibility over investment. In this role,you are expected to bring discipline and budget controlling standards through original thinking, compelling presentations, and healthy relationship building with various stakeholders. In addition, you are expected to administer ad-hoc sales reporting, analysisand other tasks as requested.

Roles and responsibilities :

• Control marketing expense based on the guidelines, and in liaison with marketing team
• Manage marketing campaigns and activities for efficient planning, execution, and measurement by engaging directly with the business
• Lead development of ROI analysis process in collaboration with marketing team
• Train marketing team in terms of operational aspects
• Ensure compliance to corporate processes
• Administer reporting, analysis and other tasks as requested internally and by EHQ/HQ

KPIs :

• Overdue PO
• Missing PO prevention
• Investment budget target

Requirements :

• Korean speaker
• An individual who is experienced enough to support management reporting (including sales deduction) for a team leader, whilst taking responsibility of Marketing planning
• Strong excel skills
• Ideally 3-5 years experience in financial operation or commercial finance
