Role: Business Analyst (Energy / Utilities)
Location: Horley (2 days in the office and 3 from home)
Salary: Up to £50k DOE (35 hours a week Mon-Fri)
Summary : Key responsibilities :
- Engaging with stakeholders to explore, question, understand and shape their requirements
- Challenging existing rationale and driving process improvement
- Leading / facilitating workshops and discovery sessions and capturing requirements
- Document stakeholders? requirements and maintaining the lifestyle of them
- Negotiate, plan and agree delivery with all key stakeholders
- Facilitating coordination with all key stakeholders to ensure delivery of Road Maps
- Collaborating and communicating to align expectations and priorities
- Champion the further continual improvement and learning
Skills and experience required :

A recognised Business Analyst qualification ? BCS or IIBA :
-
2+ years working in the UK Utilities sector & as a Business Analyst

Competence with Business Process Mapping and Data Flow modelling

Able to listen, elicit, understand, analyse and capture complex requirements :
-
Energy, utilities or metering business analysis experience
-
Highly organised, attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload

Good written and verbal communication skills

Creativeness and imaginative approaches to problem solving

Any other technical or coding skills (eg SQL, C#, Data Analysis)
