We will consider applicants looking to work full or part time. Hybrid working is also available. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGAdvising on the effective deployment and development of peopleAdvising Managers on employee issuesConducting disciplinary and grievance hearingsAligning talent management and development with business objectivesEnsuring compliance with Mammoet’s HR standards, procedures, and processesProducing and delivering reports on HR activitiesDeveloping strong networks and relationships across the business WHAT YOU’LL NEEDProfessional level experience in organization and job design, organizational development, employment law, HR systems and MS Office suite.English, fluent proficiency verbal and writtenCIPD L5 qualified or aboveEvidence of experience in a similar role, ideally in any/some of the following sectors: civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports and miningBachelor’s degree in HR or legal discipline WHAT YOU’LL GETCompetitive salary discussed on applicationFantastic company bonus scheme25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with extra days for length of serviceBuy and sell holiday schemeEmployee wellbeing programme with EAP and counselling availableTraining and development opportunitiesLife assurance.
