Skills required for the job – Maintenance Team Leader
- Leading a team of shift engineers
- Developing the team
- Guide and develop the team to continuously improve machine availability and effectiveness
- Maintenance and repairs on production machinery
- Ensuring H&S procedures are followed
- Provide technical support when required
- Aspiration to progress into Engineering management in the future
