Key responsibilities of the role:Customer experience: Attract and retain customers, paying attention to everydetail and offering the highest quality service, reflecting the brand values.Sales: achieve the commercial objectives of the shop and KPIS by transmittingthe differential value of the brand to customers.Shop operations: work as a team, carry out inventories, stock management,cash register, daily reports, among others, so that the point of sale runssmoothly.Shop image: keep the shop properly ordered and up to date with the necessaryproducts to offer to the customer.Cultural fit: Care for and be part of a positive team environment, encouragingcollaboration and teamwork.
