Stores Administrator

Location : Multimatic CFT, Wymondham, Norfolk, United Kingdom

Company Overview : Multimatic CFT engineers and manufactures carbon composite components for top-echelon motorsports, the automotive industry and beyond.

Position Overview : We are currently recruiting an Administrator to provide timely and accurate day to day administration, assist in accurate stores inventory and purchase order management to maintain correct inventory levels.

Key responsibilities :

  • Complete all administrative duties in an accurate and timely manner
  • Support the transition to a new ERP / MRP system
  • Maintain an accurate system for stock management records and keep stock control systems up to date
  • Ensure correct stock holding and review minimum and maximum quantities as required
  • Complete monthly / perpetual stock take activities
  • Place orders with suppliers and manage any queries and credits
  • Communicate with internal customers regarding prices and changes
  • Build relationships with internal and external customers to ensure the best service

Basic requirements :

  • Previous experience working in a Stores/Warehouse environment
  • Excellent computer skills including advanced Excel and ERP/MRP experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
  • Flexibility to take on other duties, cover for holidays and sickness
