We provide a full suite of talent solutions including Full RPO, Partial RPO, Project RPO, and Talent Consulting.       What does it mean to be a Talent Acquisition Partner?   As a Talent Acquisition Partner, the primary purpose of your role will be to contribute to the successful delivery of your Partnership. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle across your portfolio of assigned roles. You will be required to meet and exceed agreed hiring SLAs and objectives. On occasion, there may be some execution of project work and improvement projects depending on workload and skill level.  Key Responsibilities Service Delivery   Own and Drive Recruitment Success: Take full ownership of recruitment roles from start to finish, leveraging support from the Centre of Excellence as needed to ensure seamless delivery.  Innovate to Attract Top Talent: Employ creative and cutting-edge techniques to attract and secure exceptional candidates, setting the standard in talent acquisition.  Master the Interview Process: Skillfully navigate the interview and offer stages, mitigating risks and ensuring high conversion rates, ultimately delivering the best talent to the business.  Exceed Expectations: Consistently surpass objectives, meeting and exceeding SLAs and KPIs to deliver exceptional results.  Process Management   Ensure Excellence in Execution: Oversee and enhance the quality of work delivered by the Centre of Excellence, ensuring every step aligns with market-leading hiring practices.  Lead with Expertise: Leverage research and industry insights to refine and elevate the hiring process, setting the bar for excellence in recruitment.  Proactively Manage Recruitment: Take charge of the recruitment process, managing expectations with foresight and precision to ensure smooth, effective outcomes.  Plan and Prioritize with Precision: Effectively handle a high volume of roles, expertly planning and prioritizing to meet the needs of the business.  Stakeholder Management   Deliver a Stellar Experience: Provide an unparalleled experience for all stakeholders, from hiring managers to candidates, ensuring every interaction is positive and impactful.  Offer Strategic Insights: Deliver valuable market and talent insights to hiring managers, helping them make informed decisions.  Drive Talent Acquisition Innovation: Proactively suggest and implement innovative ideas to enhance the Talent Acquisition function, working closely with your Client Services Director to drive continuous improvement.  What do we need from you?
