Job DescriptionMy client is a leading provider of bridging and short-term finance with a vision to provide property investment solutions to customers. They specialise in accessibility of capital to help deploy property purchases, renovations and projects. My client has a dedicated software development department and they have created a bespoke platform which offers an array of investment products and finance opportunities. They cater for all types including entry level investors to large scale entities. The focus is to implement innovative finance options such as fractional ownership solutions, competitive rate of returns, and flexible lending terms.My client is looking for a sales administrator to join an expanding sales team. The role would suit someone who has a passion for property/finance and is looking for a long-term career within a supportive company that will help nurture you into a sales superstar.Requirements Telephone salesSetting up broker appointments for BDM’sCreating terms of businessCase managementProspecting potential customersChasing terms that have been sent within a specific timeframeDealing with professional quotationsInternal CRM managementClear & concise communication (speaking to surveyors, lawyers, developers)Collaborating with the underwriting teamKPI’s and exceeding targets6 months experience within an office environmentProperty experience would be an advantage but not necessary Benefits 9am to 5:30pm Mon to Fri in our Borehamwood office (flexible hours 8am to 6:30pm)20- 25k per annum depending on experience Breakfast and Lunch provided daily (lunch is hot with an alternative vegetarian hot choice and salads)Pension contribution (after 3 months)Healthcare Insurance (post probation)Discretionary annual bonus (up to 10% of annual salary)25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysDrinks on a Friday at the office from 4:30pm if you would like to attend (cannot leave early)
