This could be the best career step you make...A service based in Beaconsfield is looking for a passionate and organised Assistant Coordinator for children in our before and after school care capacity. This is a permanent part-time position at 26.5 hours per week all year round - the perfect balance! About the roleCo-leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parentsLead a team of Educators onsite, including roster managementManage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administrationAbout usPartnering with parents and school communities, our goal is to build brighter futures by supporting children’s development through play in fun, engaging environments.
