Key Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Operative your main objective is to ensure all centres within our collection are fully operational, allowing all clients within the space to use the facilities safely. You will report to the General Manager, while working with the team of other Maintenance Operatives:

  • Responding to requests within a timely manner
  • Work on electrical, plumbing and decorating requests, with a specialism in either of the three stated.
  • Maintain a maintenance inventory of supplies and request stock needed to perform your responsibilities.
  • Consider the safety of those on-site at all times
  • Ensure the high standards of our clients are maintained at all times, creating a safe and productive working environment that supports our client’s businesses
  • Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on all types of equipment throughout the collection
  • Available for emergencies or projects that require your skillsets
  • Support the employees within each centre of our collection with client move in and outs, creating a seamless and stress-free experience for our clients with One Avenue.
  • Relevant maintenance experience with a specialism in either electrical, plumbing or decorating
  • Able to prioritise and organise your workload, ensuring all duties are completed to a high standard
  • The desire to create a positive, clean and productive working environment for others
  • Ability to prioritise and adapt, using your own judgement and knowledge to make decisions
  • Able to communicate clearly with One Avenue employees and clients, providing assistance and information is an appropriate manner

Location: Central London

Working Hours: You will be required to work the hours necessary to fulfil your duties and in any event work no less than 40 hours per week.
