You will join us on afull time, permanent basis at one of our flagship sites in Nottinghamshire, on behalf of our customer 'Currys', you'll work office hours, but we ask you to have a flexible approach, after all this is logistics!

Pay, benefits and more : We’re looking to offer between £30,000 to £35,000 per annum dependant on your experience. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day :

  • Engage with the project and operations teams, playing an active role in the TUPE with a focus on recruitment, onboarding and, implementation of people processes and ways of working
  • Manage ER issues, supporting managers with ER cases and queries, advice on HR policies, process, law, grievance, discipline and managing absence
  • Provide advice and support to line managers to enable them to optimise the individual’s contribution to the Company, e.g. performance management etc, and to ensure that business objectives are properly cascaded
  • Support the drive on the management of absence, including making recommendations, giving advice and support to managers, liaising with Occupational Health, review meetings, and other absence related meetings

What you need to succeed at GXO :

  • Proven experience in a similar HR Advisory role. A minimum of CIPD level 3 would certainly help
  • If you’re from a warehousing or logistics background this would be a huge plus, although we’ll consider applicants from other fast-paced environments
  • Previous TUPE experience will be a huge box ticked for us
  • A positive attitude is a MUST - we work hard, so we need to make sure we love the environment we work in and make sure this flows throughout our workforce, do you have experience of this?
