We are honoured to be recruiting for a rapidly growing company in their sector. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to recruit an Office Administrator within a business support role.

Key responsibilities for the Office Administrator -- Providing administration support to team members as needed

  • Answering telephone calls professionally and transferring in an appropriate way
  • Welcome visitors and provide drinks during the visit
  • Check all meeting rooms on a regular basis
  • Create promotional packs, proposals and welcome letters based on internal needs
  • Deal with outgoing post from all departments
  • Verify documents and process to different teams
  • Record and store agreements on the system administration area
  • Produce reports for Directors on an ad-hoc basis
