Job DescriptionMy client is an established IT company who provide high quality IT support and IT services to both the educational and corporate sectors. They focus on customer satisfaction and helping clients reach their objectives through reliable and professional IT Support. They are now looking for a 3rd Line Support Technician to join their team based in Farnham, Surrey. The successful candidate will need to have experience in the IT sector with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. Having worked in a client facing role previously is key, the ability to build relationships with clients is a must. Position Overview Support 3rd Line Issues Remote support / visit client sites Resolving hardware & software faults Active directory managementTroubleshooting of DNS/DHCPCommunicating and managing 3rd Line SuppliersManage client expectations and adhere to support SLA’s Position Requirements Full UK Clean Driving License (Customer Visits)A strong 3rd Line Technical background / experience within an MSP firmHands on experience with service desk and remote-control softwareExperience with Windows 7,8, 10 & IOS/AndroidExperienced with Active DirectoryBasic knowledge/troubleshooting of DNS/DHCPExperience with Office 365Working knowledge of Microsoft Desktops and Windows Server environments Professional certificate is desirable Position Overview Monday to Friday 9am – 17:30pmSalary £27,000 – 31,000 DOEOn-site ParkingPension Scheme20 days holiday + Bank holidaysCareer progression
