Main duties of the job About the Role:We are seeking a senior HCPC-registered Clinical Embryologist with leadership and management skills. This full-time role involves overseeing our Embryology and Andrology laboratories, leading our growing PGT-A service, and contributing to research projects and the training of STP and other staff members.Key Responsibilities: Provide expert clinical and scientific leadership.Manage laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with HFEA standards.Develop and implement new treatments and protocols.Oversee staff training and development.Manage the laboratory budget and contribute to strategic planning.Enhance patient care and lead research initiatives.
