Project Coordinator
Circa £25K - £35K (negotiable dependent on experience) plus benefits

Servaclean are manufacturers and suppliers of the market leading ‘BARFrame’, stainless steel bar counter building systems.They offer a comprehensive and professional bar-planning service, using industry leading CAD drawings to illustrate their proposalsand promote the sales of their products.
They are a growing Company with a great team and a portfolio of diverse customers including major hospitality operators such as Hilton Hotels, Bourne Leisure, Everyman Cinemas and many more.
Due to expansion they currently have a vacancy for the role of External Project Coordinator who will liaise with their customers throughout the UK.They need someone to take responsibility for project co-ordinating from order stage throughto installation and commissioning /aftersales.
It’s an exciting and varied role and will involve regular travel throughout the UK on average 2-3 days per week, with overnight stays where required.You will be provided with a Company vehicle, after an initial training period.
- Good experience of working on site with customers
- Experience of coordinating/managing several projects all at one time
- Good understanding of Interior Design/Architects drawings
- Be a team player but at the same time be able to work on your own initiative
- Have effective communication skills
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
You will receive training from Servaclean on their internal systems and processes, after this period you’ll be required to work independently for most of the time, working autonomously to support their Sales Coordinators to ensure a high level of customerexperience.
The remuneration package includes a competitive salary, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, auto-enrolment pension and generous life cover.A vehicle will be provided together with practical equipment to fulfil the role.
