About Your role: We are in a fantastic position to be offering Warehouse & Logistics Team Manager roles at our Swan Valley Distribution site where we have an onsite population in excess of 1000 colleagues across a 24/7 operation.

Your role as our Warehouse Team Manager, will be to engage and communicate with your team to ensure that it works efficiently in all areas such as goods in, pick and loading. You will do this through your expert experience having managed a fast paced FMCGlogistics or warehouse team previously and you will be focused on managing your people to deliver the best possible service to your customers.

About You

What do I need?

• 2+ years in a warehouse or logistics FMCG environment
• Team management experience is desirable but not essential

About the site

Growing all the time, our Swan Valley national distribution centre now has three different sites near junction 15A off the M1. Swan Valley is unique because it serves our wholesales business and all of our stores nationwide. On average, it deals with 2.4million cases per week, which grows to 3.1 million when things get really busy. The site operates as an import centre and stores all kinds of products from baby food to beer.
